And he saw the system. Public roads in shambles, no organized sewage,no water system worth mentioning, driving miles to throw garbage in the collection points, BUT the private houses are worth millions, millions in middle of the third world public services. POSH, Kitsch, BIG.
Each with his private water well or rain (!!!) water source collection tanks,to be boiled, even with private electricity.Or none. No public service worth mentioning or any type of grid… And some similar Unabomber shacks in the bushes…as the alternative way of life..
The Natives. Mostly black, driven out in some backyard patches because the taxation on land and property was astronomic high, so they got rid of natives with high taxes and pushed them in shacks to the bush…. Small narrow shit roads and Huge cars 3ooo cc driving 20 km per hour…
WD was driving a Vespa scooter with his gear on his back.. A rare sight reserved for some poor and some European freaks-and the whites gave strange glances…

The are basically homeless, If they are not earning over 150.000 $ a year.
