Ok, this is really strange, very strange. This year it amounts to 23bln. Already 30 bln ( 7,5 bln included from before) of euros.
Now, you go to buy things and the VAT is 26%, the things you want to buy are expensive, so You save and you do not spend. See, saving is not spending.You have saved yourself the trouble of spending.
The Italian Govt needs70 bln a year to pay interest on debt. So, it is already 110 bln a year. Not counting 22 bln rise of the total Italy debt just in two months. The next year Italy has to save even more. The Snowball of saving. That is why Fitch rating is a fake.The Italy Growth, GDP is ZERO, or less.
SO A Govt has to Save.Only this year It has to save something like 110 Bln! Save you from your doctor, from your buying the flat,from your pension, You are finally saved.

So, everybody is saving. Saving is against spending .We are saving.

Italians invented the law- Roman law and further developments , Julius Caesar diversion and we can all imagine how creative are they in practicing their own inventions. The masters of depistaggio.
Lets make a sketch.
First, there are at least 5-6 big actors involved in depistaggio. It is a group game.So, every one of them has to invent the most Plausible Cause for the events, like govt disbanding. The Primary reason and cause and this reason must be so strong that the others in the game will lose and the best depistaggio will win a majority.. They start searching for a reason of the crisis.The 5 stars, already in history trash, but they fake to not notice it, are just now inventing that they are fighting for halving the number of Members of Parliament,which will save Italy, they say. 60 million Euros of savings! Nothing. In fact, they could save much more if they put a one man show. Like Mussolini.. we have seen how this saving of MPs in Mussolini time made a huge saving. They saved Italy to the catastrophe.

The other are fighting for the rail tunnel, TAV,which will be maybe finished in 2035, just in time to use it as a cool shade against the blazing sun for the locals,as the trigger for Italy growth.
The Others, the Left, is talking nothing, except against chasing immigrants, which the Others do.
They ALL talk some generic, work, growth bollocks.
The are positioning themselves for elections.

But they do not talk about the main reason for the elections. And this is a primary Depistaggio, not just the only , on some banking Cariplo- -Liga- Giorgetti, who is the Liga liason officer with north Italy Oligarchy, involved in value chain with germany, the major partner, and Italy citrulli never analise the bond between North Italy and germany,, North south industrial, motorway concessions to be lost for the bennettons- Atlantia group and the question of the Italian natural monopolies in hands of Oligarchy, this is DEPISTAGGIO. The main Depistaggio is the The Budget and nobody wants to talk about it, that is depistaggio.The Budget is already in charts and approved by the EU and is going to save Italians some tens of Billions of Euros of savings.. The ruling coalition has disbanded in time, hoping that some ad hoc, institutional technical, bridge govt will do the dirty job of saving Italians some 1200 Euros per person a year of savings just for the VAT rise, not counting other savings.

They have to leave this job to somebody else and so get clean and tidy and point the finger to somebody else. This in Italy is called “Scaricabarile”. It is another fine Italian invention, meaning unloading the barrel – like barrel of oil or some other liquid- to somebody else so that he gets dirty. It is a blame game they are doing and they are trying to find a sacrificial goat which to blame for such a huge recessive, austerity,saving budget.
The sacrificial goat and culprit must be somebody not involved in the game of power, somebody outside the so called democratic process. They are searching for An outsider or a sacrificial goat not longer needed.Or, they will put an institutional transitory govt without powers which will just make the budget in automatic, since all is written down and the cuts-savings will be blamed on, lets say, destiny!

The next depistaggio scenario is that the sworn enemies, 5 stars and the so called democrats, join forces, make the govt, and unload the already decided budget cuts of 30bln in new debt bonds and ,and, since 5 stars and Democrats voted and made possible the austerity Von Ursula EU commission, hope for Der Ursula forgiveness and so buy some more time, while in meantime enjoying the goodies of Power.That is depistaggio of Kicking the can down the road.

Lets be clear.
There are two depistaggio groups in Italy. One , democrats, is with 5 stars putting a somewhat “Human” face of the neoliberal model,less bad with the migrants, while the other- Liga and Salvini are the ruthless neoliberals, anti welfare (no poverty support, go and find work for yourself), ideologically somewhere between Macri in Argentina and Ballsonaro in Brazil

And here we see how democracy is played, diverted,depistaggio of democracy. The Ruling Oligarchy, in Italy and Europe needs a scapegoat to push the real decisions so that the others seem clean and with no blame, all is destiny, and so continue in the depistaggio and the Blame game and never, never, show to the ignorant Citrulli the real nature of the game!

If we sum the “savings”, 7,5 bln from welfare, VAT 23 bln ( the “safeguard” clause dictated by EU Troika, which expires in 2019, the other tranche of this “”saving” , even higher,is coming in 2020!) interest on debt 75 bln, delayed payment of bills for services of the Public sector 25 bln, roughly 130 bln , minus 30 bln of primary surplus, ( the overtaxed non govt sector which pays 30bln more of taxes than is needed and this “saving” is deeply recessive, as is all), we are at 100 bln of the 850 bln budget. The 7,5 bln are dubious where to put them on the active or passive side, but WD opts for the passive side since it is money lost from the economy.) ALL this with less than zero growth. OK, it is about 10% of the budget. That is 10% missing “savings”
The Italian black hole, is worse than a snowball. It is now at 10%.Each Year, growing.

IF we add to this a urgent 60 bln a Year of necessary deficit spending for the any type of growth, green, then we are in 16% deficit counted on the budget…

If we add on this the right wing idea Liga, FI and comp, of the flat tax for the rich, another 20-40 bln of less budget income, another brilliant saving……
20% and counting….200 bln? hehe….

After over two months after the elections, even with a change in political picture, the Italian Mountain has delivered, with all trembling and explosion, just a grey mouse.; not one, three major mouses.

In Slovenian, you do not “make” money. You “work”money. Without any notion of work “for”, that is classic working for money also in Slovenian. Money in act of “making” it is work money. You always “work” money and never “make “ it! Making ( in Slovenian) equals creating and that is used only for creating money out of thin air!
You won`t believe it, but this semantics changes the perspective and way of thinking of the participants on the nature of money and the hierarchy in economy and the group theory of overlapping circle makes a slight but different picture!

This series of essays will prove and show that all the search for some founding father pillar of economics is pure bollocks. The method applied will prove , by case limits and boundary facts, that there is no certain scientific proof of Value, Cost, Price and Profit as laws.. That means that no forever valid economics laws can be stated, produced, etc. The economic laws are, at the best, partial probabilistic ,econometrics principles on a given scale and model.
The whole economic mumbo jumbo is a scam with the EVIDENT political , ideological background and it is not a science, it is a scam used for perpetuating the winner mainstream models.
Whole schools of economics are a fraud with the hidden agenda and so are the ones who teach and propagate it. That does not mean that one has to ignore them .They are the civil arm force of the oligarchy with the final authoritarian or a fascist outcome..

The best method to approach the subject is to think the above notions as a members of a mathematics group theory.The subjects, and the notions involved to which the involved subject give the meaning, are acting on more layers of “circles” which intersect or cover,completely, almost completely or partially each other. There are two boundary cases in this overlapping or super imposing circles. The almost overlapping two circles which do not cover each other completely, lets say 1% is not covered by the second circle, does not means that the probabilistic outcome in economy is almost certain. The 1% can make a dynamic difference and overturn the final result in due time.

Just now, not a long ago, maybe next month, an Army of armed development businessmen was bulldozing a road to the upper head of the huge valley.
