Due to Covid 19, Slovenia, without the money issuing capacity,which is in the hands of the alien ECB Trotter tower, with the currently low deficit ratio budget, has made a sort of Keynesian move!
It looks that the current Govt is more Keyness oriented than the so called left!
Essentially Slovenian Govt has put in place a kind of overall guarantee against the mass foreclosures and against people being driven into poverty and despair.
The Business jobs and capital guarantee, job guarantee for working people on hold, basic income for self employed,for artists, musicians , writers, and the very important guarantee for small farmers, fishermen ,clam breeders, (gnam), rise of the minimum pensions…
Essentially, the overall guarantee for persons and business to prevent the loss of manufacturing, agricultural capacities and looming foreclosures of all sectors and the consequent defaults.
There is , as it seems a capital and debt guarantee for the business , State will guarantee the debt waivers, claims, etc. State may turn its guarantee into a stake holding right through a Public bad company and sell them back after the crisis. This is also a prevention against the massive sell offs to some foreign speculators.The aim is to conserve and protect even in a kind of freeze the Slovenian value chain.
Since Slovenian stock market is fortunately nothing, this time the money goes to the people and the local business, one man bands, small medium and big, to prevent the complete depletion of the good Slovenian manufacturing and services base.
The next move, is the State comeback and affirmation in agriculture,as from now on, the pubic schools, kindergartens, factories and all who prepare meals and food for the children,working, studying population have to buy 80% of their supplies from the Slovenian farmers.

First, we do not know how many are infected. Second, we do not know exactly how many are asymptomatic, but positive, 30% , 70 % or what.
If one says that there are 5 times or ten times or fifteen times more positive out there than tested Positive, we get completely different numbers. Third, calculating on this unknown number the death rate is Ridiculous.

The death rate is calculated on tested positive but we know that nobody tests all the people, asymptomatic included and any, any extrapolation of tested vs all is pure bollocks.
The only thing is almost certain but only in some countries around the world and even there it is not certain , is the people in hospital in cure.to conclude from this any type of death rate is also not certain.
The Covid 19 is an illness in stages, maybe something mild, maybe something more and finally the virus for somebody enters the lungs and then the illness shows another picture. The only certain is the death rate between the Solved cases, The death rate between the cured and the dead. Even here we have the incredible difference,Italy death rate of solved cases is 40% somewhere else is 20, 10, 8, etc. Are we talking in this diverging rates about the same virus or we are, as always, talking bollocks?
