As up Today, there is only Quarantine, aggressive track and trace and isolate asap with the use of GPS ( not some worthless completely inaccurate bluetooth) and the help of thousands of people employed in tracing which can prevent the spread. The asymptomatic logically do not go to test themselves since they have none or very bland symptoms, we can conclude that the infection is widely spread.They are completely Disfunctional, not in number of hospital beds, but in managing the covid by all involved, we the people, hospital staff, govt etc. Adding that the retirement homes for the elderly are already the killing fields, decimating the elders.

We have the feeling, and we are given the impression that when you put your money with a bank, ‘it’s my money’. So, this was the result of the empirical test as well. Turns out the money supply is created by banks, and where does the money come from for a bank loan ? It’s created out of nothing by the banks, and because of that, so, it’s the credit creation theory, the oldest theory, which is correct. It’s now been empirically proven, you can look up the paper if you Google “can banks individually create money out of nothing” you will get it. It’s the most downloaded research paper of any Elsevier academic publication…

Werner: Thank you, and that means it’s it’s the oldest theory is correct, and therefore for bank regulation, to come back to your question on Basel, we need a bank regulatory approach that recognizes this reality that banks create money. The Basel approach uses the financial intermediation theory and thinks: by having capital requirements we can contain the banks and avoid crises. But it’s not true because it’s the credit creation approach which is correct. Banks create money out of nothing. Have you heard of Credit Suisse, or Barclays, in 2008 ? Well, how they got out of the crisis ? They were actually as bust as all the big banks, remember ? In 2008. But did they go bust ? Did they need public money ? Neither, they didn’t. What did they do ? They were clever. They were aware of this, and the decision makers in the crisis, you know, in the crisis you’re under pressure, they remembered that banks create money out of nothing. Why should we go bust ? They created their own capital out of nothing. How do you do that ? Well, you need a borrower. There was a borrower: the sovereign of Qatar. They had relations with them, business relations, and so they needed suddenly ten billion roughly, that’s saying, ten billion dollars worth of capital.
Well, let’s create it out of nothing. Let’s lend it to somebody like Qatar, obviously needs to be a big player to borrow ten billion, and be credible. They will buy our newly issued shares of ten billion and we can create the money out of nothing for our capital. That’s exactly what they did. In a way, we shouldn’t do what is now being done in the UK: the Serious Fraud Office is going after them for fraud. Well, they’re just doing banking, and they save the taxpayer billions and billions in money. In fact, this tells us that we can get out of any crisis without using taxpayers money and without reducing public welfare spending as a result in austerity, because we can just use the reality of bank accounting to get cleanly out of any banking crisis, and this is also what central banks have done and put in the past when they didn’t want a banking crisis to turn into a major recession. They just solved the problem like this. You can do it in one morning and you will not have a real banking crisis, and you will not have a recession. This is what Ben Bernanke did,
in 2008, and he was actually… I proposed all these things in the 90s in Japan in these big debates we had, where I also proposed quantitative easing, and Bernanke was joining these debates and he was in 2008 the only central banker to implement my advice, the true quantitative easing, because the others slightly changed the definition. Step one: you have a bust banking system. The capital and the Basel approach is not enough, you know, is a tiny amount anyway, and when the banks had create money, use it for financial transactions, push up assets price by three four hundred percent, which is due to banks creating this money for financial transactions. At the peak if then assets prices drop by ten percent, you’ve used up all the equity for the non-performing loans already, you are bust. So, that’s why we have the banking crises. So, how do you get out of this quickly at no cost to the taxpayer ? It’s very simple. The central bank steps in, goes to the banks, and says: oh, you’ve got non-performing assets larger than your equity. You are bust, all of you. Most of the banking system, always the same story. No problem. Because we don’t want a banking crisis now turning into big recession. We will let you off this time. We will put in in place measures to prevent this in the future, we’ll talk about what those are, but we’ll get you out of this one now. You don’t use tax money, that’s expensive, that increases national debt. Ireland was a fiscal poster boy but because the ECB forced it to fiscalize all the banking non-performing assets, Ireland became bankrupt and had to call in the IMF. No, we don’t do that. The central bank steps in, goes to the banks and purchases the non-performing assets at face value, and the problem is solved. There’s no cost, and this is exactly what Bernanke did. That’s why in September October 2008 the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve quadrupled in one month. This doesn’t create inflation. Some people thought at the time wow ! We’re gonna get hyperinflation now. They’re inflating their way out ! No, no. If you want to create inflation, some countries try to do this, allegedly, like Japan for 20 years, it’s not going to work with this method, because it doesn’t create money. Because you’re just shifting assets between central bank in the banks, in the right way, away from the bank balance sheets where they are harmful, to the central bank, where they can’t do any harm but you don’t eject money into the non banking sector. So, you can’t create inflation. Oh, but hang on, the dollar is gonna collapse ! Well, no, as I said at the time, and it strengthened. Why ? Because you’re not creating money. You’re solving the problem in the banking system, the banks are healthy again, have strong balance sheets, and can lend again, and they did in America who is the first country to get out of the crisis since then very strong bank credit growth, unfortunately too much. That’s why we’re back in the same spot. They continue to create credit for financial transactions. That’s how you prevent getting into this situation the first place of banks being unstable. Because banks create money, you have to split the stream of credit creation from banks into two: for the real economy and for financial transactions, because they are not part of the real economy. If banks create credit for financial transactions, you are creating an asset bubble which is always unsustainable and will always lead to a banking crisis ultimately, if it’s large enough. So in the early 2000s I was warning that, in Europe, the ECB, which is newly created, was gonna create bank credit driven asset bubbles, banking crises, unemployment, large recessions in the eurozone. That’s exactly what they did in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Greece, based on 30 percent credit growth for – how many years ? – three four years. Way ahead of GDP growth, this is all credit creation by banks for asset transactions, property, real estate, that’s how you blow up these countries, and that’s what the ECB did””

God gives persons who believe in this GOD, money, power and the rest they want, through the special religious procedure of approaching Him in Person. One to One, like Trump used to deal around the world.
This GOD is MONEY, he is a source of money, if you follow the right procedures for obtaining it. Your personal God with the Money for you.

REMEMBER.

Witchdoctor and Witchlady were heading for Kashmir. The first leg of the India Grand Tour we had in mind. A long, terrible road was cut into the flanks of the ravine. No asphalt at that time. The Sikh were running the place.They were the vast minority, but they had , as was true in Europe in distant times for the Jews, the education and skills. Being of a syncretic religion between hindi and muslim, they were the peacemakers, the stabilizing factor. They are and were the most tolerant, friendly and welcoming to the strangers, like we, hippies.. They kept the place together with trade and calm. They were like Venice merchants.
It was a gem,peaceful and quiet. It was the place to avoid the India continent monsoon season,wait there and descend down after the monsoon season , into the mess of India.

Well, do not worry. The Universal One Mind Garbage Dump came there too and Kashmir exploded, too. The Sikh lost their peacekeeping function between the two One God -Atman followers. Blood flowed.

What we were doing there? Well, unbelievable as it may sound, we had a goal. A goal to hike and trek north and visit the cave where supposedly Jesus has spent some years of his life. Not the Roza Bal tomb, but the cave he supposedly lived in, north. We came for the real Myth. OK, not because of it, but it was a good excuse.
We knew the myth , a tale of Jesus/Isha/Issa spending about 2 to 4 years after his twenties, which was just about our age,somewhere in Kashmir, living, studying and meditating on the one of the branches of the Silk Road. Not the bollocks you find on internet today, the tale was circling in Europe for a long time, certainly out of academia . The tale of the Tomb of Jesus in Kashmir was too far fetched even for us, regardless that Jesus surviving the Cross was a great probability, if not a certainty.
Jesus goal was taking over the Roman Empire and the Mediterranean and definitely not spending the rest of his life in Shangri La.

Were we following the fake news? Hmm, maybe, but it was fun. Yes, we had this mindset. The mindset was that the Gospels had some striking similarities to a part of Indian thought, and that even some ancient Greek philosophers (apeiron) could have had a closer contact with the Indian philosophy . It was and it is plausible, people migrated , traveled and traded even in the neolithic times.
Mind, we were not religious.

We started to seek out some wise men who could point us in the right direction. First in the Sikh community, then visiting all sorts of old and wise, hindu or muslim, gurus,even impostors, etc. There were a lot of tales, but finally we decided for a seemingly convincing lead that there, up north, was a kind of settlement with a big cave- The cave was and is always a preferred dwelling , especially in India,for the independent thinkers, wise , the meditating monks and all figures which sought some sort of final or almost final answers.It is not a dark dump place, many this dwellings had carpets, a bed, furniture, candles and a desk on which to write.
So we went for a trek. The idea was to stay in the place and get a feeling of it. We were looking for a famous moment, when a person, checking all the checkable,waits, suddenly gets a kick out of somewhere nowhere and says: Yes That is it.That is the place, I feel it in the guts.
Certainly with doubts, but one can say the feeling is right and it points to a fact. Anyway, to hitch, drive, travel so far from Europe to get this kick, was the best a person could get.

First there were buses slowly climbing in the mountain range, then the trekking, the narrow roads were turning into a donkey cart and then to a donkey path. It took some days. The day we were nearing this settlement where there should be on the outskirts the right cave , the scenery was turning to Alpine scenery with the well known trees and the cold air,and we felt like somewhere home.
Strangely the whole day we heard a kind of distant drumming while we walked.
All of a sudden we noticed people in row along the donkey track. They were waiting for us. That was the drumming, the signs there were visitors/strangers coming . We passed the row of staring people and entered a very small village. We decided to take somewhere a place to stay, since this was not a wise situation for sleeping outside.
On the outskirts ,atop a hill, there was a miracle.The British Empire small forestry house, stone built with very nice views equipped even with a warden in person.
Witchlady commented that this time travel was becoming a luxurious cruise. The garden and the solid stonewood house with the stone tile roof was in a strategic position overlooking the valley around, sitting on the flank of the high mountain.
We were overwhelmed by this Shangri La British Empire last traces still in function!
Unpacking in the big forestry house room full of massive solid wood colonial style furniture, we were already excited, making plans of staying here for a week or more, exploring surroundings and trying to figure out where was the cave where Jesus /Isha was meditating, seeing visitors and discussing things. Yes, there was a cave up the village, but it was not the only one…
Night fell.
And suddenly the sounds of breaking in. Somebody was trying to break in the forestry house. It was not one person, there were more, maybe three people forcing the massive wooden door. We jumped out of bed and started pushing furniture to block the entry door. The break in stopped, shaken, we rolled our tobacco cigarettes. Smoking wildly. We kept quiet, whispering to each other, since there was of no use shouting and we felt that if acting quiet we had more chances. Ten minutes passed, half an hour… Suddenly they were forcing the window. We blocked the window with the huge wooden wardrobe.
Almost all night the intruders were trying to break in and almost all night we were piling and reinforcing the forestry furniture on the window and the door. Yes, we took our trek knives out and also the kitchenware, kitchen knives , pots, as the last resort.
Somehow the attackers were not very eager for the final break in. They tried here, there, stopped, tried again… Around four in the morning they left. We smoked another cigarette and fell into our sleeping bags.
Two hours later, just when were falling into a deeper sleep, somebody started knocking on the door. The daylight was creeping in.
When we removed the furniture blocking the door and asked who is there, opening the door we saw the warden, a smallish person, looking at us: He said, Now, Go.
We said: Why?
He said: Go, Now.
We said; No, we want to pay a week in advance.Why Go?
Warden said: Now, Go.
We said: OK, But we pay only half of the day.
Warden said :Why?
We said: You Know.Did you call the police?
Warden took less than half of the money due.. Now, You may think we really wanted to stay more days. We did not, we were angry and we wanted to provoke the warden, if not to beat him and kick his ass. That was Witchdoctor attitude.From time to time.

We were really angry, because we knew that the quest, the search, the magic moment when we maybe decided that the place was right,even if we could never prove it to be right, was lost.The search for the Jesus cave was over.
Still today we do not know if the breaking in was a sign for us to stop looking, or it was some local fun they had when a stranger came there.
But, analising the events, years after, over a bottle of red wine, we came to the conclusion that the trying and stopping of the intruders was a sign of their philosophy.It was the mindset, the behavior recoded into the Archetypal Code beacon.
It was the kismet, the fate , the destiny they believed in that was preventing them the real steady final break in. They tried it, it did not go as they expected, they stopped, tried again. The classic believing in destiny, kismet, fate, when the sign of not succeeding at first attempt makes one believe this is destiny will. The second try is then even more halfhearted, and so on.
HE HE, that is how and why Arabs lost the First Israel war.

Can we conclude we were attacked by muslims? They believe in fate and destiny.
By the Hindu?They believe in fate, too, the karma.

The Sikh are definitely not fatalistic in this way, that is why they prosper in many fields..

Fortunately, there were no Evangelicals with their ATM GOD there.
Nobody made a claim, there.

So, the same day we packed, descended the mountain, made a turn left and went to Ladakh, the Small Tibet. It was the very first year they opened the borders of Ladakh for foreigners.
That was the real time travel, being the among the first to step somewhere between the Neolithic and the bronze age, or maybe at the beginning of the iron age. In fact, it was dreadful. Such poverty was unbearable. People in rugs, in cold, children without shoes in the mud, wind…. houses made of piles of stones with shaky covers in wood and leaves, It was really harsh.
It was not about being poor. It was being destitute.Illiterate.
That was Ladakh we saw. Not the main cities, the rest.
We turned and went back to our houseboat on the shores of Shangri La.
