This thesis tries to grasp in a conceptual way the clash of cultures which are always defined by a groupthink mindset which originates amongst a group of inhabitants,forming language, patriarchal rule, ethnic,generated,propelled, twisted,used and abused by the ruling Oligarchy.

The first dominant groupthink is: POSSESION/SOUL generating ,rooted and soil anchored mindset.

The second dominant groupthink is: Market/ IDEAS /Fiat, dematerializing -into fiat substance (like money) and into globalizing- process -of a mindset.

The first dominant, which keeps the roots on a given defined territory through possession of ethnic and language bonds, roots definitely by producing a Genius Loci- the pervading spirit of a place (Merriam Webster dictionary), which can morph into a Tutelary Deity of the place. This situation morphs into a mindset of metaphysical proportions, and defines a population. This is a possession of roots and the making of the soul of the place and its people. The Culture and the inhabitants gain a Soul. which is Rooted in a mindset through passing of the time.

Few weeks back, the Authoritarian populist govt of Slovenia made an interesting move in the Idolatry capitalism. It proposed the tax cut by expanding the no tax zone of the people income tax in three years, from 3000 eur no tax to over 6.000 euros of no tax income zone in next three years. Not much but a lot for Slovenia.
It was a sensible move in Fiat Money system, even if, we will see after , Slovenia is not any more a sovereign currency issuer, being hijacked by the Euro Central bank which has other idolatry plans than regulating the Slovenian economy on the Fiat basis.
The hard left, marxist, socialist, the nostalgic characters from the socialist times, the 18th century Capital readers, the obsolete party, together with the local liberal opposition,opposed this tax cuts.
Why this part is inside this metaphysical text? Read further, it is complicated, but real , and WD will try his best dialectic to fit it in.
It is, at the first glance, all about the arbitrary nature of the system. Tax is one.
The populist right has and will have always a logical lead against all which oppose the tax cuts, especially if they concern the no tax zone income tax . People do not want to be taxed so much. The right wing parties can de- tax and the missing money, the possible budget deficit this may provoke, will be “funded” by privatizing anything left to privatize in the Country, cashing in, filling with this sales the budget hole and so keeping on , kicking the can of debt..
Slovenia has already sold almost all to foreign corporations.
That is what all european countries do and it is called neoliberal, or liberal, or the new solution for the 21st century living. Sellout.
If the sales are not enough, they will cut welfare and privatize the pensions, health insurance or any welfare. Like the USA are, since in Europe, health and pensions are not private, they are public in most of the EU countries, funded from the budget where the taxes go in various state funds.
Strangely and this is the game of the neoliberal Onanist capitalism in the version of “ living within your household budget capacity”, for the so called “radical left” in ALL Europe, but especially in a mouse drop Sloveeneetinyia, the only solution in this system is to keep the taxes HIGH even for the poor or blue collar or lower middle class , since this is the broad tax base which keeps the Sate budget full and this money funds the not luxurious welfare, so, they had to say, NO, we do not want to lower the taxes!
Because, the States on the global margin, even if successful, have a tight margin for living, in this Global arbitrary game, propped up with gun on your head and financial debt sharks poking into your rear.
But, by saying no to lower taxes and thus to keep low the net living standard today, and who gives a shit for tomorrow in a Fiat Money system, but they are living in 18th century mindset, by saying no, they are the best keepers of the global obedience order one can find!
They agree to be exploited for less. In order to keep some welfare.
They have to be more productive for earning lower wages. This is the push of the system to the lowest denominator. Through the whole global chain. The profit is untouched and flows in the hands of foreign corporations and banks which control the market.the taxes stay.

But the price is set on the margins and so is the cost. The margins of this Onanist Capitalism is not Slovenia, the ladder of global chain goes more down, to other parts of the world and this lowest parts compete for lower wages and set the margin price even in Slovenia.
So, by taxing the engineers too much and too high , doctors or nurses or many skilled professionals or small enterprises or self employed, or the many IT software ,algo freaks, young and schooled people in startup firms, they make them flee to the places more on top of the global value chain ladder or make them sell their startups to corporations at the very first opportunity, corporations do not pay taxes in Slovenia!
They can not escape the system if they think in the boundaries of the system! The populist can, they privatize and who cares, the system changes and they will find some other way to win the hearts and minds with any bollocks of fetish or idolatry.
The left is de facto worthless in this scheme of things. They are working for the Global Onanist Capitalism. So is Piketty.
They, by tax egalitarianism make people flee or make the Slovenian industry, as it is, the place of cheap not very or medium skilled labor place on the ladder value chain, which is medium productive in order to export a lot, and high taxed. IN the NEXT 20 years there has to be a working part of the population bigger than 2 millions to support the next 1,5 million retired or not working, even if they are on the lowest welfare possible. So from 20 to 40 years from now, Slovenia has to have 3,5 million of people , now it is 2 million. But the story gets even more hilarious, To sustain this pretty lousy ratio forced upon Slovenia, after 40 years the population HAS TO DOUBLE! 6 millions minimum, on 20.000 square km, all Slovanian today famous woods chopped down. From 1 current to 6 new nuclear energy plants. Why 6 Nuke enrgy plants? Shut up you know you need to grow up more. Not enough water for all. No place to grow food for such a number of population,. No self sufficiency at all in food, water,enrgy, protein. The forming of the first Slovenian mega slums…
