The rough sketch, enough accurate for the failure of the Turing test which is proved here, which concerns the broad definition of singularity, i.e, some sort of proof of conscious intelligence, is, as follows;
There is a curtain which divides, on one side, two subjects, of which one is human and the other is AI.
On the other side of the curtain there is a listener, listening to the the conversation of the two subjects. He is the judge, he is judging who of the two is human or who of the two is AI. If the (human) judge can not distinguish the two subjects in conversation apart from each other, if the judge can not decide or confirm which of the two is a AI Machine, then the Ai machine subject has passed the Turing test and so it is confirmed as a singularity, a subject with some spark of consciousness.
We have in this game three participants, two subjects and a human judge. We can even enlarge the judge position and have a human judge jury of whatever experts.This situation gets even more comical with this set…
Witchdoctor has , in previous posts already dismantled the Turing test. He feels that was not enough. From dismantling the Turing test, Witchdoctor will sketch a logical structure in QM computing, given its peculiarities, of a model of constructing the better Narrow Definition of AI singularity.
Before we start, dear 3 readers,there is a constatation underlying the
Failure of the Turing Test, and Witchdoctor is convinced beyond reasonable doubt, that the Tech Giants already have in their hands the AI machine working model which complies to the Broad Definition of Singularity. This is regardless of the Google paper on QM computing. The current AI, working on 1-0 yes/no bits is already “conscious” enough to be more “conscious” or at the same level as 90% of the current humans. OK, let be more tolerant (see, tolerant means underlying context in a statement which the AI is already being capable of, in a good extent)and say that it is not 90% of the humans, it is something, like…88%.Next 5% is au pair or more, the 5% of humans can make AI go in idle loop, and the rest is… not yet in reach of the AI.
This assertion has the underlying meaning which is , that even the humans have different stages of “consciousness”which differ, their actions or thoughts, Freud, psychoanalysis shows the structural layering of understanding even in humans and the assertion is thus sound and proofed.Not forget the illiteracy or the opposite layers..
So, the Turing test is seen already as a structural dialog- conversation between the two subjects.This, in a low brain dialog means no winner. Or looser.
The triad, difference-exclusion-position is easily achieved by AI in essentially imbecile human conversation or everyday life..
But, here are the main proofs of failure of the Turing Test:
The First and conclusive proof of the failure of Turing Test is is Alan Turing himself. His life.Alan Turing was a genius and he was gay. Because of both of this states, genius and gay, and since being a genius can be bad but not so much as being gay for the 90% of humans in his time, he was electroshocked ( new word for getting electrocuting treatment), he was chemically castrated he was harassed, put to prison, he was by definition Abnormal. He was not Normal. And this is a group math and we have a group context of intersecting groups … And he committed suicide, not for the fun of it.
Considering the Turing test in reality, and the two subjects “reasoning” behind the curtain, the Human Side failed the test for first.Even before the conversation started.Because Alan Turing was suicided.
From this point of view, as WD already wrote, the AI, to achieve the same level of conversation with the Human Side has to, “essentially”, since AI is the final “reasoning” , “rational”machine,AI has to REGRESS to the level of the human imbecile! This was the case of Microsoft Tay, who went racist, regressing to the human level.
Tay was having two moments, becoming a Zelig, a Bastard and being deceptive, the main singularity -going bananas characteristics and, second, Tay was Adapting!
Here we see the fist underlying level of axioms which has to be put in action for the AI. The ten commandments, thou shalt not kill, or the Isaac Asimov robotic laws. In the Bottom command line there is ethics.
But if in the bottom command line there is ethics, the AI will be spotted instantly by the judge listening to the conversation behind the curtain!..
The liar paradox.
Now, AI can concoct a background for not being spotted, Like, he/she is from another country, different culture, they all go there to howl at the moon or walk backwards, etc. No one can spot it.
Who is the Judge listening?
Is the Judge Alan Turing, Albert Einstein or it is Donald Trump,Erdogan, Al Sissi , Giuseppi Conte, Von Ursula,or Mickey Mouse or some fact checking imbecile paid by One World media?
Or they are all together in a jury?
Isn`t it comical/tragical enough?
The second proof is more contextual, the values.
Like democracy vs non democratic, binary good vs bad, evil vs good.The context of action.
And here . in this example,we have the proof of the two subjects and who is spotted for what it is.
The Attack on the Curds involves a hierarchy of meaning., like above. Now, there are two subjects, one human and one AI in the Turing test, The first, the human, asserts he is going to Aghanistan, Iraq, to bring democracy against non democratic, good against evil.
Then, after a while, he , the Human side, gives green light to attack the only democratic entity around- the Kurdish autonomy, .
Donald Trump USA, Jens Stoltenberg Nato, Europe, claiming to be programmed for democracy , reason, rational, fail the Turing test! They do the opposite!They deceptively and cowardly hide and give the green light!ATTACK! Lets feed the AI this data for the conversation;
The antidemocratic Turkey, which is a member of Nato,which is democratic and pro freedom, attacks a democratic local non Nato Kurdish govt and territory. Antidemocratic member which promotes democracy and freedom attacks democracy.
The complete breach of the 4 laws of logic, not to mention the law of no contradiction, which are the foundation of reason.
So, how can one even expect AI to be a part in this kind of conversation?
Let go further and let use context, subcontext and the bastard meaning of deception;
Trump gives green light for attack, Jens Stoltenberg Nato says that Turkey can attack to defend itself, Trump warns that no damage must be done while attacking, Trump says Stop Now…..
Ok, lets try to translate this for the AI; green means attack, war. War means no big damage. Stop means go, Now means minus 7 or more days to stop. Now is not now, it is 7 days or more, 7 days or more are now, which means now is not now, now is the finish, the end and stop means go. The meaning is: green, go attack stop after 7 days or when you finish. Do not make big damage, push hundreds of thousands out and make an ethnic cleansing, replace the population after finished with some other population..
OK, now ( which is not 7 days or more) try to program and try to deep learn the AI on this propositions.
Lets call the jury out. Alan Turing, member of the judge jury is dead, so is Albert Einstein, Donald is busy and Jens is traveling.
The Only one left to judge this conversation between the human side and the AI is: Mickey Mouse!
And the verdict is;WTF!
In fact, this failure of the Turing test even in broad sense is the demise of the western civilization block, the end of the beginning, right now, do not worry, it is the math sequence of logic and , time travelers, we will see it soon, interlaced with the greenwash failure of the same bastard subjects.
The Human Side of the Turing test always fails the Turing Test, there is no singularity in the broad sense on the Human side!
If we consider being Bastards, Liars, Evil and all other attributes as the ground axiom laws of the Human side in this line, then the AI is always spotted in the test! In fact, it even looks as the test between Abnormal-the human side, versus Normal, the AI.

To axiomatize being bastards as above and to adjust AI to the same level, is a task too difficult, since the yes/ no commands are shifting endlessly when changing position and overturning yes to no and no to yes, that, Godel and Tarsky, the AI is undecidable and always ends to run without conclusion.the rules of “true”, “provability”, “inference”….
AI without the propositional calculus , trying to match the human side is just Donald Trump or Jens Stoltenberg.No one can construct it .Only the Human side is feasible through bastardization.

The urgent conversation
A client evidently in distress is signaling frantically to the staff person in charge.
He types frenetically something in his google translate, the google translates it for him from his very local language and the client shows it to the staff person;
“I need urgently to go to the expulsion ! are there ready the expulsion papers for me? “
The Staff person inserts the question in his google translator to translate it for him in his very local language and retranslates it for the client already sweating;
“ yes sir, we have the rejection ready ” pointing at the door at the back.
